Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the technical win. You’ll partner with Account Executives to drive deep discovery, architectural design, and rigorous validation across multi‑stakeholder cycles in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

You’ll become a product expert and trusted advisor, delivering tailored demonstrations, running PoCs, and shaping go‑to‑market strategy for AI and data activation. Travel may be required to customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering experience.
• Lead technical discovery and solution design for technical and business audiences.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying cycles and complex enterprise deals.
• Familiarity with data warehouses, data modeling, APIs, and modern data ecosystems.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or value-selling frameworks is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to deeply understand a customer’s data architecture, marketing workflows, and business objectives; translate that into differentiated requirements and a compelling solution design.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and architectural solutions spanning Hightouch products.
• Run PoC engagements end-to-end: scoping, designing, executing, and validating to close complex enterprise deals.
• Build deep technical relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists becoming their trusted advisor.
• Navigate complex buying committees, engaging confidently with technical teams, marketing leaders, and C-suite executives.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape go-to-market strategy for Hightouch’s AI and agentic products.
