Job summary

Hightouch is at the forefront of the Data Activation movement, empowering businesses to leverage their data warehouses as the source of truth for all their operational needs. Our Solutions Engineers are instrumental in ensuring customers' initial experiences with Hightouch's platform are seamless, guiding prospective customers through pre-sales with tailored demos and POCs.

As a Solutions Engineer leader, you will mentor teams, partner with AEs on customer journeys, and architect data activation

Qualifications

• Experience working with clients in pre-sales or post-sales to achieve business objectives.
• Proven track record of leading, managing, and developing technical teams.
• Experience developing with SQL, Python, JavaScript, and/or APIs for data integration.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud data platforms, or related industries with end-customer engagement.
• Self-starter who can troubleshoot and unblock complex technical issues in the field.
• Excellent presentation skills with credibility with executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers.
• Partner strategically with Hightouch AEs to deliver tailored demos and customer POCs.
• Develop deep technical domain expertise in Data Activation, CDP, data warehousing, and integrations.
• Be accountable for exceptional customer experience during pilots and closing phases.
• Engage with customers daily to understand data activation needs and architect solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain playbooks, demo environments, and tools for POCs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to champion feature requests.
• Drive initiatives to improve SE team efficiency and scalability.
