Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineering leader to scale a high-performing team in San Francisco. You will mentor engineers, own strategic demos and POCs, and drive deep technical engagements with enterprise clients.

You will partner with AEs and Product teams, develop domain expertise in Data Activation, CDP and data warehousing, and lead playbooks and processes to accelerate customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with client-facing experience in pre-sales or post-sales roles.
• Proven track record leading and developing technical teams.
• Experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript, and APIs for data integration.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or cloud data platforms with end-customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a Solutions Engineering team in a customer-centric environment.
• Partner with Account Executives to deliver tailored demos and customer POCs.
• Develop domain expertise in Data Activation, CDP, data warehousing (Snowflake/BigQuery/Databricks), and integrations.
• Own the customer experience during pilots and closing phases.
• Engage daily with customers to architect effective solutions using the Hightouch platform.
• Create and maintain playbooks, demos, and tools for efficient POCs and validations.
• Collaborate with AEs and Product Managers to identify feature requests and enhancements.
• Drive initiatives to improve SE team efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
