Job summary

Ramp is hiring an Solutions Consultant, Enterprise Team Manager in the United States. You will lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Solutions Consultants, shaping strategy, coaching on discovery and demos, and coordinating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Success teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

You will stay close to high-impact opportunities while scaling the team’s technical ownership and executive presence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Consulting or related customer-facing technical role, with 3+ years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Solutions Consultants.
• Set cadence for pipeline reviews, deal strategy, forecasting and performance management.
• Shape account strategy with Enterprise Sales leadership and deploy resources accordingly.
• Coach discovery, demos, and architecture of solutions aligning Ramp with customer priorities.
• Engage in strategic opportunities including executive conversations and technical validation.
• Create scalable playbooks and assets to improve team quality and consistency.
• Translate customer needs into product feedback and roadmap context.
