Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Solutions Consultant, Enterprise Team Manager to lead a high-performing team supporting Enterprise prospects. You will set operating rhythms for pre-sales, coach discovery, demos, and technical deal strategy, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

You will stay close to high-impact opportunities while scaling technical ownership, fluency in financial workflows, and executive presence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Consulting or related technical role, incl. 3+ years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Solutions Consultants with clear expectations and growth opportunities.
• Establish a high-quality operating cadence for pipeline reviews, deal strategy, forecasting, staffing, and performance management.
• Shape account strategy with Enterprise Sales leadership and deploy right resources at the right moments.
• Coach discovery, deliver tailored demos, and architect solutions aligning Ramp platform with customer priorities.
• Engage in strategic customer situations, including executive conversations and escalations.
• Create scalable playbooks, assets, and demo standards for consistent team output.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate needs into feedback and roadmap context.
• Define and inspect team health metrics like coverage, conversion, and cycle efficiency.
• Foster a high-accountability culture with customer empathy, speed, and continuous improvement.
• Identify ways to leverage AI to improve preparation, documentation, and customer-facing work.
