As the Solutions Consultant, Enterprise Team Manager at Ramp, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants supporting Enterprise prospects. You will set the operating rhythm for complex pre-sales work, coach the team on discovery, solution design, demos, technical deal strategy, and partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Account Management to deliver a cohesive customer experience. You will remain close to high-impact opportunities while scaling the team’s technical ownership financial fluency, and executive presence. This is a player-coach leadership role: you will improve how the team qualifies and advances complex opportunities, create repeatable practices and assets, and use customer insight to shape Ramp’s go-to-market and product priorities.
