Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) seeks an experienced Lead Solution Architect to join our Information Technology team in Milwaukee. You will align multi-year roadmaps with Firm priorities, prioritize initiatives, and create architecture drawings to guide projects across the firm.

You’ll lead technical teams, provide governance, and ensure design compliance. Focus areas include enterprise and data architecture, cloud integration, API management, and security to support CLA’s growth and client service.

Qualifications

• Eight years of relevant experience or more.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of multi-year IT roadmaps aligned with firm priorities.
• Create architecture drawings and guide cross-team initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance guidance.
• Ensure design compliance, security, and scalable integration across projects.
