Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day guidance, coaching, development and performance management across teams.
• Set strategic direction and align multi-year IT roadmaps with Firm priorities.
• Create architecture drawings and oversee technical projects spanning IT teams.
• Serve as Business Relationship Manager for Firm Services and lead strategic direction meetings.
