You will create architecture drawings, provide senior technical guidance, and lead cross-functional teams on complex projects while coaching others and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture initiatives and align multi-year IT roadmaps with firm priorities.
• Create architecture drawings and provide level 4 support across IT teams.
• Manage technical projects spanning multiple IT teams and guide implementations.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management.
