Job summary

You will create architecture drawings, provide level 4 support, and manage technical projects spanning IT teams. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant architecture experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic IT direction and align multi-year roadmaps with Firm priorities.
• Lead architecture discussions and produce high-level technical requirements.
• Create architecture diagrams and guide cross-team initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure design compliance through peer reviews and governance.
