Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC seeks an experienced Lead Solution Architect to join our Information Technology team across Milwaukee and other locations. You will align multi-year IT roadmaps with firm priorities, craft architecture drawings, and lead cross-functional initiatives that span multiple IT teams.

The role emphasizes consultative leadership, scalable and secure technology solutions, and a strong focus on data architectures, APIs, and governance to support firm growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultation with Business Relationship Manager to design technical solutions and scope work.
• Develop architecture roadmaps and standards; translate requirements into system guidelines and high-level requirements.
• Create architectural documentation and provide peer review across IT teams; enforce design compliance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and performance management.
