Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consultation Lead: Act as the Business Relationship Manager for Firm Services, guiding strategic direction meetings with IT and Firm Leadership and helping define scope.
• Architecture Guide: Forecast technologies and roadmap plans, translate requirements into system guidelines and high-level technical requirements.
• Technical Team Initiatives: Create architecture documentation, provide peer review, guide teams through implementation with design compliance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership including coaching, development, and performance management.
