CLA is hiring an experienced Lead Solution Architect to join our Information Technology team in Milwaukee. This role sets strategic direction for multi-year IT roadmaps aligned with firm priorities and leads the efforts that follow.

The position involves creating architecture drawings, providing level 4 support, and managing technical projects spanning IT teams. Success requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, integrity, and a sense of urgency to drive results.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Consultation Lead: act as the Business Relationship Manager for Firm Services and work with IT leadership and business to design technical solutions and scope work.
• Architecture Guide: forecast and roadmap technologies, set standards, translate requirements into system guidelines and high-level technical requirements.
• Technical Team Initiatives: document architectural initiatives, provide peer review, guide teams during implementation and ensure design compliance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership including coaching, development, and performance management.
