Job summary

Glean is seeking a talented Resident Solutions Architect to act as the strategic technical owner for key enterprise customers, guiding architecture, governance, and production-readiness. You will align technical plans with customer outcomes and work across connectors, APIs, and agent workflows to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant technical consulting, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering experience.
• Experience serving as the named technical owner for strategic or complex enterprise accounts.
• Experience in at least two of Software Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Post-Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Support Engineering, Forward Deployment, or Solutions Architecture.
• Strong executive communication and architecture leadership.
• Experience with private networking, on-prem data sources, governance, or AI workflow productionization.
• Hands-on cloud experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and security/audit fluency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic technical advisor and point of contact for assigned customers.
• Own the technical account strategy including quarterly roadmap reviews.
• Develop and maintain strategic technical roadmaps aligned to objectives and milestones.
• Lead architecture reviews and document recommendations and trade-offs.
• Guide architecture decisions across connectors, actions, APIs, and embedded experiences.
• Produce production-readiness plans including governance, observability, and guardrails.
