Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer based in the United States to bridge engineering expertise and business development for secure, scalable digital solutions. You will translate client requirements into practical architectures while supporting proposal development and solution design across government, nonprofit, and commercial opportunities.

Working with growth, engineering, product, design, and delivery teams, you will shape technical responses, ensure security and compliance

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or related technical roles.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures and deployment workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of security principles and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-53).
• Familiarity with SSO, SAML, OIDC, RBAC, and identity management tech.
• Proficiency with APIs and languages such as TypeScript and Python is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on technical capabilities, analyzing client requirements to develop scalable, secure solutions.
• Collaborate on RFPs/RFIs to ensure accurate, compelling technical responses.
• Develop technical narratives and proposal content for business development.
• Contribute to cloud architecture designs using major cloud platforms and modern deployment workflows.
• Incorporate security and compliance into proposed architectures and solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align technical approaches with business goals.
• Support engineering projects and create demonstrations for proposals and presentations.
• Translate complex concepts into clear explanations for stakeholders.
• Identify gaps in processes and help improve collaboration between BD, engineering, and delivery.
• Onboard and continuously learn internal tools and opportunities, increasing responsibilities over time.
• Maintain reliable remote work setup and participate in occasional in-person meetings when required.
