Job summary

Expel is seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect to lead complex Enterprise opportunities from discovery through onboarding and the first 30 days of service. You will define success criteria, build delivery plans, and coordinate internal teams to ensure customer outcomes align with promised capabilities.

You will map customer needs to Expel offerings, deliver compelling technical demonstrations, and act as a trusted advisor who can push back when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in solutions architecture or security-focused customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record leading complex Enterprise POVs and security deals.
• Strong ability to map customer needs to Expel services and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy for Enterprise opportunities from discovery to 30 days post-sale.
• Lead POVs end to end with defined success criteria and delivery plans.
• Coordinate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Act as trusted advisor, challenging assumptions when needed.
