Job summary

MaintainX is seeking its first dedicated Solutions Architect for Integrations to translate customer integration needs into clear blueprints for delivery. You will partner with account Executives to uncover technical pain points, explore ERP/EAM connections, and produce authoritative scoping artifacts for the post-sales team.

You’ll own live demos, reference architectures, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Legal to accelerate deal velocity while ensuring feasibility and value for

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar role.
• Deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns.
• Hands-on knowledge of APIs, data flows, and system architecture.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar).
• Familiarity with SaaS delivery models and post-sale deployment workflows.
• Experience with ERP/EAM systems (SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Infor, etc.).
• Ability to scope technical work and translate it into effort estimates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales cycles to uncover technical and operational pain points related to asset management and maintenance support.
• Lead technical discovery conversations with prospects to understand their ERP, CMMS, EAM, and other enterprise systems that need to connect to MaintainX.
• Produce clear integration scope documents, data-flow diagrams, and effort estimates for handoff to post-sales team.
• Build and maintain a library of repeatable integration patterns and reference architectures.
• Represent integration feasibility and complexity in deal review and pricing conversations, flagging risk to Sales leadership.
• Collaborate with post-sales Integrations team to refine scoping templates and communicate upcoming pipeline.
• Deliver live demos and proof-of-concept integrations as needed.
• Advocate for customer needs with Product, Engineering, Legal to accelerate deal velocity.
