Job summary

ECP, a leading SaaS provider for senior living, seeks a Billing & Payments leader to scale implementations and adoption across customers. You will build the team, set standards, and drive a repeatable operating model that ensures revenue accuracy and customer trust.

You will own the implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap, and mentor Billing Consultants while managing complex customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of combined experience across accounting, finance, billing, or related functions.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team in implementation or services.
• Experience with customers implementing complex billing, payments, or ERP software.
• Understanding of payments processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Strong billing and accounting concepts including invoicing and journal entries.
• Ability to analyze accounting data and guide issue troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Billing Consultants team and set clear expectations.
• Own implementation from kickoff to go-live with scalable playbooks.
• Define payments roadmap and partner with Product/Engineering.
• Oversee end-to-end accounting integrations and reporting.
• Drive customer adoption and act as trusted advisor to Finance/Operations.
• Manage risk, escalations, and ensure revenue integrity.
