Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and at least seven years of IT experience with enterprise-scale applications, ERP, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years experience in Information Technology working with enterprise-level applications and services.
• Experience with ERP, Workflow Systems, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions and manage policy implementations.
• Knowledge of policy and procedures development and enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs high-priority complex IT projects across departments.
• Mentors Business and Systems Analysts on systems and vendor management.
• Designs and maintains SLAs with enterprise partners and vendors.
• Keeps current with system capabilities and enterprise needs.
• Recommends changes to products and processes to improve operations.
• Develops and administers application training programs for staff.
• Fosters collaboration within IT to deliver services as a unified team.
• Performs other duties to support department efficiency.
