Job summary

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation is seeking a Systems Engineer II to drive IT infrastructure improvements and support enterprise operations. You will design long-term solutions, lead architecture projects, and ensure reliable backups and disaster recovery capabilities.

The role requires 6+ years of systems administration, strong Windows Server and VMware expertise, and proficiency with scripting (PowerShell, VBScript).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related field is required.
• Minimum of six (6) years of systems administration experience is required.
• Certifications may be considered in lieu of education (IT only).

Responsibilities

• Designs solutions for long-term IT infrastructure benefits and improves system performance.
• Leads project teams to implement technology architecture components and ensures delivery.
• Assists in research and recommendations to meet business requirements.
• Performs incident, problem, and change management activities and root-cause analysis.
• Maintains documented policies and run books; develops scripts to streamline operations.
• Supports on-call emergencies and performs backups and disaster recovery planning.
