Job summary

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation is seeking a Field Support Analyst I to provide end-user IT support across endpoint devices and software. Under supervision, you will troubleshoot computer issues, install and configure software, and keep users productive.

You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting a 24/7 enterprise with a focus on security baselines, ticketing, and effective communication with staff at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of computer experience with workstations, servers, phones, mobile devices, networking, or printers.

Responsibilities

• Supports a 24/7 enterprise with diverse hardware and software.
• Responds to requests, troubleshoots, and escalates issues pertaining to production systems.
• Participates in IT projects and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
• Manages asset tracking, inventory, telecom/network maintenance, vendor management, and process improvements.
• Configures and images laptops, desktops, and endpoints per security baselines.
• Communicates status and issues to customers and updates documentation.
• Interfaces with vendors for upgrades and maintenance; supports lifecycle systems.
• Documents troubleshooting steps to reduce resolution time.
