Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of robust, scalable solutions for complex business capabilities. The role emphasizes translating business requirements into architectural views using ArchiMate while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

You will guide projects through the full solution lifecycle and collaborate with Enterprise Architects and engineering teams in a healthcare payer context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
• TOGAF or ArchiMate certifications preferred.
• Experience with enterprise architectures and architectural frameworks required.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role to provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing more complex business processes, functions and organizational structures.
• Take a lead role to specify and design large or more complex systems, solutions, networks, infrastructure elements, or processes.
• Use appropriate tools to develop complex architectures and translate requirements into detailed solutions.
• Identify and lead significant improvement programs with measurable business benefits.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and manage stakeholder expectations.
