Job summary

Majesco, a leader in AI-native, cloud-based insurance and pension platforms, is seeking a Senior Program Manager / Director, Services to lead enterprise SaaS delivery programs for insurers and retirement providers.

You will own end-to-end delivery of multi-million-dollar initiatives, align technology delivery with business strategy, and coach a team across global locations, while operating in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership delivering enterprise software or SaaS solutions for insurance or financial services.
• Proven success leading large-scale transformation programs ($5M–$20M+) across multi-disciplinary, multi-vendor teams.
• Deep understanding of Life, Health, and Annuity insurance operations, including policy administration, billing, claims, enrollment, or group benefits platforms.
• Strong command of delivery governance, risk management, and financial control.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models, NetSuite, Jira, and modern delivery toolchains.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, LOMA, FLMI, or Scrum Master certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of a portfolio of complex, concurrent SaaS delivery programs, ensuring commitments on timeline, quality, scope, and margin are met.
• Lead from the front — staying deeply engaged in plans, estimates, risks, dependencies, and delivery details, intervening early when outcomes drift.
• Drive delivery through measurable business outcomes, holding teams accountable for results rather than process adherence alone.
• Take decisive ownership during high-pressure delivery moments, providing clarity, direction, and resolution rather than escalation loops.
• Anticipate delivery, financial, and stakeholder risks through experience, data, and pattern recognition — acting before issues impact clients or results.
• Own production readiness, go-live quality, and post‑go‑live stability, ensuring strong operational outcomes and sustained client confidence.
• Accelerate delivery performance through effective use of tooling, automation, and emerging AI capabilities across planning, execution, and reporting.
• Partner directly with client executives and steering committees to align technology delivery with business strategy and value realization.
• Oversee financial governance, forecasting, and profitability across programs, using systems such as NetSuite to ensure transparency and control.
• Build strong, accountable delivery Leaders by coaching project managers and program leads to operate with ownership, discipline, and clarity.
