Majesco is seeking a Senior Program Manager/Director, Services to lead large-scale SaaS delivery programs for the insurance technology space. You will drive execution from planning through production, alignment with client executives, and delivery governance across global teams.

Role emphasizes hands-on leadership, risk management, and achieving business outcomes. Remote-friendly, with responsibilities spanning financial governance and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP, LOMA, FLMI, or Scrum Master preferred.
• Extensive experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS solutions for insurance or financial services.
• Proven track record leading multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
• Hands-on with Agile delivery, risk management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of a portfolio of complex SaaS delivery programs with on-time, on-scope, on-margin delivery.
• Lead from the front, staying engaged in plans, estimates, risks, and delivery details.
• Drive delivery through measurable business outcomes with accountability for results.
• Own production readiness, go-live quality, and post-go-live stability.
