Rocket Software is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot Enterprise Server, Developer, and Analyzer on AWS M2. You will manage day-to-day support, investigate issues, and reproduce problems for effective resolution.

The role requires strong server administration, resilience in handling customer cases, and hands-on experience with COBOL/PL/I and relevant mainframe connectivity. Collaboration with multiple teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting Rocket (Micro Focus) Enterprise Server, Developer, and Analyzer.
• Strong written communication with customers and case handling experience.
• Admin knowledge of Enterprise Server components and security features.
• Troubleshooting using logs, traces, and problem reproduction.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day product support for Rocket/Micro Focus products on AWS M2.
• Troubleshoot, resolve customer issues, and collaborate with infra, app, and ops teams.
• Ensure stability and ongoing support of solutions within the environment.
