Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking a Principal Scrum Master to drive enterprise agile delivery across multiple teams, shaping how technology and data enable the organization's strategic priorities. Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in software engineering, project management, data execution and delivery, analytics engineering solutions.
• 3+ years of practicing agile scrum master experience.
• 5+ years of solution delivery leadership focusing on information management and data engineering.
• 5+ years delivering application and data architecture or business-facing solutions.
• 2+ years of Azure DevOps experience preferred.
• 3+ years mentoring and developing Scrum team members preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise agile delivery across multiple teams and domains.
• Coach Scrum teams and leaders, establish agile practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Guide Scrum teams to follow Agile/Scrum practices and optimize velocity.
• Use empirical data to assess Scrum maturity and team performance improvements.
• Identify systemic impediments and elevate challenges to prevent blockers.
• Partner with Product teams to refine backlog and execute data engineering projects.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and cross-team collaboration for planning and reviews.
