Job summary

WelbeHealth in the United States is seeking a Principal Scrum Master to lead enterprise agile delivery across data architecture, software engineering, and analytics. You will coach Scrum teams, refine backlogs, and drive velocity and value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in software engineering, project management, data execution and delivery, analytics engineering solutions.
Minimum of three years of practicing agile scrum master experience.
Experience delivering high-visibility, ambiguous, complex projects.

Responsibilities

Manage agile solution development and delivery, moving teams toward iterative value.
Foster an agile mindset and train the organization on agile methodologies.
Guide Scrum teams to follow Agile/Scrum practices and active sprint activities.
Use data to assess Scrum maturity, optimize velocity, and identify improvement opportunities.
Address systemic impediments to team agility and elevate when needed.
Collaborate with Product to refine backlog and plan data/information projects.
