WelbeHealth is seeking a Principal Scrum Master to drive enterprise agile delivery across multiple teams, shaping how technology and data enable the organization's strategic priorities. The Principal Scrum Master works across multiple teams to build an agile plan to deliver on the enterprise solutions and ensure that we closely manage business needs and expectations of our solutions, get consistent and frequent feedback on solutions design, and recalibrate as business needs evolve. The Principal Scrum Master is accountable for leading a team of Scrum Masters and delivering leads as organizational needs grow.

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
