Job summary

Honest Health is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to lead agile teams delivering innovative data and AI solutions. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams in agile practices, and remove impediments to delivery, fostering a collaborative high-performing team environment.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 7 years of experience in agile delivery. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in agile delivery roles, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
Experience supporting engineering, data, or product teams.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies to drive team alignment and delivery.
Serve as an agile coach and advisor to teams.
Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery.
