Job summary

Korn Ferry seeks a first-line sales leader to accelerate growth within the Digital Platform – KF Talent Suite, within the Industrial vertical. The VP will inherit a mature team of enterprise sellers and drive next-gen prospecting, pipeline, and account expansion.

The role blends people leadership with hands-on sales execution, requiring strategic account management, coaching, and AI-enabled insight to improve seller productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

Significant enterprise sales leadership experience.
Hands-on leader who works in the trenches on account strategy, prospecting, deal development, and execution.
Experience building or scaling repeatable sales plays, outbound motions, and pipeline-generation programs.
HR-adjacent experience, ideally in HR technology or leadership development.
Ability to engage CHROs and senior enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise sellers, ~7–8 people.
Shape account strategy and advance strategic deals.
Build a repeatable prospecting and pipeline-generation motion.
Translate solutions into practical sales plays and multi-solution relationships.
Identify target accounts, stakeholders, messaging, and outreach strategies.
