• End-to-end ownership of the sales cycle on large multi-location multifamily deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table to drive approvals and signings.
• Expand accounts by adding locations and services after a group signs, leveraging strategic multi-location opportunities.
• Develop proposals with strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
