Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with a $2M annual quota, remote across the USA and Canada, no direct reports, and a focus on multi-location portfolios.

You will close high-value enterprise cycles with owners and operators, expand to additional locations and work with our sales development team to convert qualified opportunities into signed

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annual deals.
• Experience selling to multifamily owners or property management groups.
• Comfort with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large multifamily deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in multi-location portfolios.
• Close multi-location deals where one signed contract covers multiple sites and expansion is possible.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft winning proposals.
