Job summary

Biome Analytics seeks a senior sales and business development professional to expand our presence in the Upper Midwest and Northeast. You will own new business development from identifying priority health systems to closing multi-year agreements, collaborating with medical device partners and professional societies to accelerate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing six-figure enterprise deals with U.S. hospitals.
• Experience selling healthcare analytics or performance-improvement solutions.
• Ability to build business cases and secure funding through long sales cycles.
• Strong discovery, negotiation, and account planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a territory strategy to grow Biome’s presence in the Upper Midwest and Northeast.
• Create qualified opportunities through direct outreach and partnerships.
• Lead discovery and develop the business case aligning Biome’s capabilities to client value.
• Build alignment across buying teams including physicians, executives, and finance.
• Own the full sales process from presentations to contracting and closing.
• Activate partner relationships to turn introductions into opportunities.
• Maintain CRM discipline and provide evidence-based forecasts.
• Set clients up for success with seamless handoff to Client Transformation.
• Contribute market insights to Biome’s positioning and go-to-market decisions.
