Job summary
Leica Biosystems Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to lead enterprise revenue growth across top health systems and academic medical centers.
You will shape long-term customer strategy, drive multi-year growth, and coordinate executive sponsorship to win complex opportunities. You’ll build trusted C-suite relationships, apply healthcare economics insights, and mobilize cross-functional teams to accelerate initiatives and improve win rates, while mentoring others and modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years in healthcare sales or enterprise account management.
- Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and build strategic partnerships.
- Experience leading complex enterprise opportunities and multi-year growth programs.
- Strong understanding of health system economics and value-based purchasing.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise growth strategy and revenue growth across top health systems and IDNs.
- Develop multi-year growth strategies focusing on transformational opportunities.
- Lead complex enterprise pursuits including large-scale agreements and RFPs.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders to influence strategy and outcomes.
- Leverage healthcare economics to identify growth opportunities and value drivers.
- Mobilize senior leaders and cross-functional resources to accelerate initiatives.
- Model enterprise account planning, executive engagement, and commercial execution.
