LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Consultant to lead large-scale programs across multiple workstreams. You will shape governance, drive cross-functional initiatives, and manage end-to-end delivery with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

The role requires consulting experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders. This remote position supports teams nationwide, with occasional in-person meetings near Dayton, OH, Boca

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience leading enterprise or large-scale initiatives across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated experience in a consulting role or strategic advisory capacity.
• Salesforce or CRM experience, including understanding CRM-based data models.
• Experience working closely with data analysts and interpreting analytical models and insights.
• Strong experience leveraging data and reporting tools such as Power BI to support initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and engage senior leaders.
• Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong leadership presence with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations (PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with business functions such as Order to Cash, Commercial Analysis, Sales, Product, and Technology.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Clarizen.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• SharePoint experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical enterprise programs that span multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to business strategy and successful delivery.
• Act as a strategic partner within the Business Transformation Office, shaping governance, best practices, and execution standards.
• Define and drive strategy for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage all phases of initiatives using established project and software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Technology, Professional Services, Marketing, Support, and other functions.
• Leverage data, dashboards, and reporting (e.g., Power BI) to track progress and support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Lead change management and cultural adoption efforts to embed program outcomes into the organization.
• Create and present executive-level materials, including steering committee updates, status reports, financials, risks, and issues.
• Oversee project budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate testing, customer UAT, and validation activities with analytics and technology teams.
• Serve as a liaison between workstreams to ensure holistic delivery and alignment across initiatives.
