EdSights is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead onboarding for higher-education clients, guiding multi-product SaaS deployments from kickoff to launch and into Customer Success.

You will own project plans with Asana and Salesforce, coach customers through change, and build trusted executive relationships across campuses. This role suits a customer-first, data-driven problem-solver eager to scale an enterprise SaaS practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Strong project management skills using tools like Asana or Salesforce.
• Strong teaching and facilitation skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills with high EQ.
• Experience guiding customers through change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers during implementation across enterprise, multi-product deployments.
• Drive successful onboarding and launches and coordinate a smooth handoff to Customer Success.
• Own project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables using Asana and Salesforce.
• Coordinate across internal and customer teams, manage dependencies, and set expectations.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, across campuses.
• Provide change management coaching to ensure customer teams are informed and involved.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risk with Customer Success teams.
• Configure automated SFTP imports to support ongoing data feeds.
