Job summary

Riskonnect, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to maintain a book of business, guarantee client satisfaction, and realize the value of Riskonnect’s risk management platform across enterprise clients.

You will partner with Account Executives, Success Consultants, and product teams to drive renewals, adoption, and upsell opportunities, while building senior-level relationships and delivering thoughtful, data-driven guidance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years in a customer-facing role in the Enterprise Software Industry.
Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight is preferred.
Ability to manage action items across 50+ enterprise software clients.

Responsibilities

Maintains good customer health of client book.
Maintain regular contact with key decision makers and stakeholders and schedule stewardship meetings as appropriate.
Work across the firm to drive resolution of identified issues and escalation issues where appropriate.
Ensure customer's desired outcomes are well understood, documented, and monitored.
Collaborate with Success Consultant on day to day client requests, including attending status meetings and elevate service issues where appropriate.
Identify Upsell and Cross Sell Opportunities.
Partner with Account Executives during Quarterly Business Reviews to create client growth strategy.
