Job summary
Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) seeks a Principal Business Systems Analyst to support BSD enterprise SaaS solutions and governance. You will collaborate with business owners, process analysts, CIT and vendors to translate requirements into capabilities, drive testing, release readiness, and ongoing improvements.
You will own functional stewardship for high‑impact SaaS applications, analyze complex issues, review vendor releases, and lead cross‑functional efforts to optimize
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: BS/BA and 9 years of relevant systems analyst experience or MS/MA with 7 years.
- Preferred Qualifications: Enterprise SaaS experience, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SAP Concur Travel, or comparable systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage functional ownership and service planning for complex SaaS applications; ensure configuration and governance.
- Analyze complex issues; coordinate durable resolutions across business and technical teams.
- Review Oracle and SAP Concur releases; advise on timing and readiness.
- Lead release readiness activities including test planning and UAT.
- Develop options and trade-offs for functional enhancements.
- Oversee documentation, controls, and data quality investigations.
- Coordinate adoption activities for significant releases; gather feedback.
