Job summary
Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support the Business Services Directorate in improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and customer experience of BSD operations. You will perform business analysis, process modeling, and facilitation while ensuring accountability with owners and CIT partners.

Qualifications
- BS/BA with 7 years of business process analysis experience or MS/MA with 5 years.
- Preferred: ERP, SaaS, and business systems modernization experience.
- Strong modeling, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with reporting dashboards and data quality tools.
Responsibilities
- Support BSD leaders in clarifying business needs and outcomes.
- Document requirements, rules, controls, and improvement opportunities.
- Create current- and future-state process models and workflows.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes in processes.
- Develop business cases, options analyses, and adoption plans.
