Andromeda Robotics is building the social intelligence layer for humanoid robots and is expanding in the US care market. We seek a hands-on sales contributor based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Sacramento, spending about 80% of time on sales and 40–50% travel for client visits, demos, and conferences, with 20% focused on market feedback to product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of closing experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in technology, healthcare, or complex environments.
• Deep fluency in senior living operations and buyer behaviors to engage COOs and Directors.
• Comfort traveling to facilities and leading live hardware demos.

Responsibilities

• Drive Full-Cycle Sales: own the US sales pipeline from outreach to multi-stakeholder closing.
• Target Regional & Multi-Site Operators: engage operators across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and more.
• Run High-Impact Demos: lead live demos that show ROI and operational benefits.
• Navigate complex decision units: balance ROI, safety, and workflow feasibility.
• Shape US Playbook: help define pricing, packaging, and pilot frameworks.
• Customer deployment: support pilots with Success and Product/Engineering; enable onboarding.
• Sales Operations: maintain CRM hygiene and report KPIs weekly.
