Job summary

Andromeda Robotics Operations Pty is seeking a hands-on sales leader to drive the U.S. expansion from the SF Bay Area or Sacramento. The role blends outbound outreach with regional account management and high-impact hardware demos at senior living facilities.

You will partner with product and engineering to translate market feedback into updates, close multi-stakeholder deals, and scale pilots into multi-site deployments, with equity, a competitive salary, and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of closing experience in B2B enterprise sales.
• Experience selling technology into senior living, healthcare, or complex operations.
• Willingness to travel for demos (40–50%).
• Startup experience preferred.
• Strong remote work and async communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle U.S. sales pipeline from outreach to closing.
• Forge relationships with COOs, VPs of Operations, and Clinical Directors.
• Lead live hardware demos at facilities.
• Coordinate regional and multi-site deployments.
• Maintain CRM records and weekly KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with product/engineering for market feedback.
