Job summary

Andromeda Robotics is building the social intelligence layer for humanoid robots and seeks an execution-focused sales professional in the US. You will drive the full sales cycle from outreach to close, work with regional operators in senior living, and lead compelling hardware demos at client sites and conferences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of closing experience in B2B enterprise sales.
• Experience selling to senior living, healthcare, or complex operational environments.
• Willing to travel and lead live hardware demos.
• Startup experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to engage COOs, VPs of Operations and Clinical Directors.

Responsibilities

• Drive Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire U.S. sales pipeline from cold outreach to closing.
• Target Regional & Multi-Site Operators: Focus on regional senior living operators and multi-site groups.
• Run High-Impact Demos: Lead live hardware demonstrations for stakeholders.
• Navigate Complex Decision-Making Units: Address concerns of cross-functional stakeholders.
• Shape the U.S. Playbook: Help define packaging, pricing, and pilot frameworks.
• Partner on deployment and early success: Support pilots with product/engineering and customer success.
• Sales Operations: Maintain CRM records and pipeline hygiene; report KPIs weekly.
