Andromeda is building the social intelligence layer for humanoid robots. We seek an execution-focused sales leader in the San Francisco Bay Area or Sacramento, driving the U.S. sales pipeline and leading live hardware demos for regional operators.

The role blends field outreach with limited travel (40-50%), aims to turn pilots into multi-site rollouts, and reports directly to the executive team. Equity and a strong bonus structure accompany a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of closing experience in B2B enterprise sales.
• Experience selling technology, workflow automation, or specialized hardware into senior living, healthcare, or complex operational environments.
• Startup experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire U.S. sales pipeline from cold outreach to multi-stakeholder closing.
• Target Regional & Multi-Site Operators: Focus on regional senior living operators and build consensus with COOs and VPs.
• Run High-Impact Demos: Lead live hardware demonstrations showing operational efficiency and resident/staff benefits.
• Navigate Complex Decision-Making Units: Address concerns of CFOs, Nursing/Care VPs, and Executives.
• Shape the U.S. Playbook: Define initial packaging, pricing strategies, and pilot frameworks.
• Partner on customer deployment and early success: Support pilots and transition ongoing support to Customer Success.
• Sales Operations: Maintain CRM records and report KPIs weekly.
