Job summary

Andromeda is seeking a hands-on sales professional to drive the U.S. market for our humanoid robotics platform. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Sacramento, you will split time between the SF office and client sites for demos and industry events.

You will own the full sales cycle, build regional relationships with senior living operators, run live hardware demos, and help shape our U.S. go-to-market strategy, pricing, and pilot programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing B2B enterprise sales in tech or healthcare sectors.
• Strong fluency with regional senior living operators and COOs.
• Willingness to travel and demo hardware in facilities.
• Startup DNA with autonomy and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own the full U.S. sales pipeline from outreach to closing.
• Target regional senior living operators and build consensus with execs.
• Lead live hardware demonstrations showcasing ROI and impact on residents and staff.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder decisions across CFOs, Nursing/Care VPs, and Executives.
• Define initial U.S. packaging, pricing, and pilot frameworks based on feedback.
• Support pilot deployments with Customer Success and Product/Engineering; capture feedback.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline hygiene, and weekly KPI reporting.
