Reflection is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Risk Governance Specialist who will own the enterprise risk governance program and drive control design across the full lifecycle. The role reports to the Head of Enterprise Risk & Trust and requires influencing without direct authority across functions.

The right candidate will bring deep expertise in risk frameworks, data stewardship, and external stakeholder engagement, with a hands-on, contributor approach to maturing risk controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise risk management, compliance, internal audit, or related governance.
• Experience designing and maturing risk management frameworks and controls at scale.
• Experience owning policy and standards governance programs lifecycle.
• Exposure to AI governance or technology risk with knowledge of AI risk/ethics frameworks.
• Experience engaging regulators, auditors, or customers on risk topics.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate a control environment aligned to risk appetite.
• Develop an enterprise risk management framework covering identification, measurement, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Prioritize risk balancing operational efficiency with high-severity exposures.
• Manage policy and standards issuance lifecycle.
• Design and maintain controls and guardrails within risk appetite thresholds.
• Build and maintain a structured controls taxonomy and policy hierarchy.
• Own and maintain the enterprise risk registry and control inventory.
• Champion data inventories governance across risk-related records.
• Provide executive-quality risk reporting and external communication.
• Monitor external landscape to anticipate obligations and inform governance.
