Reflection is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Risk Governance Specialist to lead the design, operation, and maturation of risk governance across the organization.

You will own the risk framework, inventories, controls, and reporting, translating complex risk concepts into actionable governance across all functions. This high‑visibility role sits at the intersection of risk, compliance, technology, and AI safety, requiring credibility with regulators, customers, and auditors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise risk management or governance with hands-on implementation.
• Experience designing and maturing risk frameworks and control environments at scale.
• Experience engaging regulators, auditors, or customers on risk topics.
• AI governance or tech risk exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate a compliant risk governance framework aligned with risk appetite.
• Own risk registry, control inventories, data inventories.
• Build executive risk reporting and dashboards for governance.
• Represent organization to regulators, customers, and auditors.
• Collaborate across functions to translate risk concepts into actionable governance.
