Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, internal audit, or related governance fields.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maturing enterprise risk frameworks and control environments at scale.
• Exposure to AI governance, risk, and regulatory considerations; working with regulators/auditors.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate risk to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate a robust enterprise risk governance framework aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Own risk registry, control inventory, data inventories, and governance documentation across the org.
• Develop executive-quality risk reporting and metrics for leadership and the Board.
• Represent risk posture in external engagements with regulators, customers, and auditors.
