Reflection is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Risk Governance Specialist to lead the design, operation, and maturation of the organization’s risk governance framework.

You’ll own risk identification, control architecture, measurement, reporting, and external representation across the enterprise. • Experience designing enterprise risk management frameworks at scale.
• Ability to translate risk concepts into governance structures.
• Experience engaging with regulators, customers, and auditors on governance topics.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate an enterprise risk management framework aligned to obligations and risk appetite.
• Maintain risk inventories, data quality, and control registries across the business.
• Build executive-quality risk reporting, dashboards, and metrics for leadership and the Board.
• Represent risk governance in external dialogues with regulators, auditors, and customers.
• Translate complex risk concepts into actionable governance structures and controls.
