Job summary

reflectionai seeks a Sr. Enterprise Risk Governance Specialist to lead the design and operation of the company’s risk governance framework, controls, and reporting.

You will own risk inventories, data stewardship, and executive risk communications, influencing across functions and with external regulators. This high-visibility role requires translating complex risk concepts into actionable governance, and building credibility with regulators, customers, and auditors while advancing Reflection’s

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise risk management, compliance, internal audit, or related governance.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maturing risk frameworks and control environments at scale.
• Prior involvement in policy and standards governance programs.
• Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, or technology risk with regulatory awareness.
• Experience engaging regulators, auditors, or customers on risk topics.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate a risk governance framework aligned with risk appetite.
• Develop policy standards and controls governance across the organization.
• Own risk registries, inventories, and data governance for risk measurement.
• Produce executive-risk reporting and communications for Board oversight.
• Represent risk governance in interactions with regulators, customers, and auditors.
