Reflection is a research lab focused on open AI models and risk governance. We seek a Sr. Enterprise Risk Operations Specialist to translate risk frameworks into actionable operations across commercial risk, third-party risk, controls assurance, and issue management.

This high-visibility IC role requires translating complex risk concepts, influencing with impact, and building trusted internal and external relationships while coordinating across product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in risk operations, compliance, internal audit, information security, or related discipline.
• Hands-on practitioner with operational risk programs (controls assurance, third-party risk, issue management, or incident response).
• Experience delivering risk assessments, certifications, or security questionnaires in a GTM or enterprise sales context.
• Experience working in tech risk operations with AI risk evaluation and safety testing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle for risk assessments and certifications for deals and GTM efforts with speed and rigor.
• Partner with sales, legal, and product to tailor risk assessments to customer requirements and deal obligations.
• Develop a library of reusable risk artifacts and evidence packages to accelerate commercial cycles without quality loss.
• Serve as the risk SME in customer conversations, due diligence, and RFPs involving risk, compliance, and AI safety.
